I work with two types of clients — 

Firstly, I specialise in helping people who lift weights, do CrossFit or Olympic Lifting, resolve pain and injuries. If you’re dealing with recurring issues, I help you understand what’s going on, fix the root cause, and get you back to training properly — As a person who lifts and does CrossFit, I understand the demands of your sport and activity. 

Secondaly, I help Women over 40 who want to improve their body composition. My face to face and online program is centered around strength training and is about helping you get real, lasting results. You’ll build strength, improve muscle and bone density, and feel more confident in your body through a structured approach which ditches quick fixes and restrictive diets.
